None of the quests associated with Tumpy Tonics are giving near classic exp reward.

Thread here indicates something was up for debate/decision and cites multiple sources associated with Tumpy Tonic quests.

While I can't tell and provide proof of an exact numerical value, I assure you it was definitely the way to level and multiple people got above lvl30 questing this way in less than a day's work. Not advocating for that level of exp, but seems like something that should be considered a viable way to lvl 10 or so.

Moving to resolved as devs previously looked at tonics and made changes they felt appropriate
