Spell is saying it is SK only.

Confirmed classic.

Necros never get Death's Peace
Arch Lich is level 60 and the same value of Regen as level 49 Lich
Demi Lich is level 60 and superior to the Velious Arch Lich spell

Among many other necro annoyances from Classic-Velious.
