Necromancer+Gnoll Fangs Quest
 

This is probably a dumb question as I am pretty sure I think the answer is no, but figured I'd ask anyway.

Are Necro's able to turn in the Gnoll Fangs to Captain Tillin in South Qeynos? .. As this is a great way to gain a few easy levels early on. I was thinking maybe If I was able to get an illusion cast on me or something ?

If you kill enough in Blackburrow to get up to Dubious you can. Maybe wolf form would help as well.

Problem is there's another dude across from him that may be on a different faction. They also nerfed the exp reward a ton so it's not as lucrative as it was before.

This. Not worth the effort anymore. :(

When was the experience nerfed? Can you provide more information on this?

Might be worth just doing it for the faction, since it'll open up orc scalps and goblin ears for you too

I dont understand the "this quest not worth the effort" It is still a very good experience quest that will get you to level 14 quickly. NO it will not get you to level 20 to 30 as some folks use to before, but IT is a very worthwhile way to go from level 5 to 14 then you can move to bandits for sashes bronze weapons and plenty of plat. Bandits are good from 14 to 25 depending on how you work at it. At about level 18 most bandits will be green but sashes are still EXCELLENT source of Experience and Plat from all the bonze weapons you will get.

To answer OP you can do the quest with right faction work /illusion as others have posted. If your necro is starting in Qeynos then you can do it without faction work i believe as most city will be min dubious.

The people that say this are the type who get powerleveled and enjoy Chardok AOE. Keep it classic, the quest is a lot of fun <3
