Could anyone kindly confirm for me about the following things are present.

Either a "I have seen this drop/seen someone with it"

Or that wasn't out till kunark AND It is thus not in the game yet,

Diamond
Jacinth
Black Sapphire
Block of Permafrost
Red Dragonscale
Ball of Everliving Golem
Hand of the Maestro
Spiroc Wingblade
The constituent parts to make rebreathers
The neccessary skill cap/function to make rebreathers

I would greatly appreciate the feedback, I am trying to be a super prepared futurist, but in a way if they are not in it will free me from the chore of rushing to get them before Kunark.

ball of everliving golem is most definitely in the game. I've also seen rebreathers but never a block of Permafrost nor hand of the maestro

So we think the only two on that list we havent seen drop are the hand and block?

Does the hand MOB exist yet? because that would answer the question on that one.

The Hand drops from Maestro originally, after epics are introduced. After the PoH revamp it is moved to the "Hand of the Maestro" mob. Block is similarly an epic piece, so neither will appear ingame until the epics are implemented.
