Yeah, these are vendor items. Any potion vendor will stock them (not to be confused with alchemy vendor).

Hail - Yes I am familiar with the merchant edition but it's like 160p each and I'm not rich. Thanks for the info though :D
They drop in SolA(http://wiki.project1999.com/Dufrenite)been sold a few times according to the tracker, so I am trying to get it cheaper of players if they have any laying around.
