Shwara Volerno in Paineel does not offer the quests for abattoir initiate clothing, or respond with anything to a hail.

Ooops! Guess I should have looked at the Entered date on the quest before posting. For some of these it's hard for me to tell what is true classic vs. updates. I first played when Luclin came out so...
