Elaend Fe`Dhar - missing from Skyshrine
 

This is the Wizard class armor quest mob. Have never seen it in the zone, been looking all day, and it's not some kind of long respawn or something if it got killed. Please look into this! (this is on Red server)

Are you sure you're looking in the right place? They aren't where they are on live after the Sleeper was awoken.

Should be down near Yelinak in room with a pyramid and all the other armor NPCs.
