Is there really a necro version of Paralyzing Earth :p?

Yes and no. Paralyzing Earth can be vendor-bought or researched. I had the words for it, and I'm trying to raise my research skill, so I researched it. The researched version is Necromancer only.

Not sure how much the vendor sells it for but I have to assume my price is comparable :)

And on this day knowledge was dropped. Had no clue about that. I think yours should cost more imo... pretty rare.
