Isn't the 290% bonus scaled, though? Doesn't taper off the closer you get to level 50? Or did I read that wrong?

Only reason I am responding to this is I saw a similar /ooc message last night saying something of the sort:

"Free ports on RED! /tell *someone*"


I thought that was interesting. Good way to recruit in my opinion. People seem to care and that is healthy. Obviously Empire's relationship with the staff isn't, but that doesn't mean the rest of the server has to suffer.
