Sneak with merchants failing/bugging?

So after a lot of sneak banking, and vendor buying ever since velious release I noticed that if your already sneaking with the vendor window open, and you try to sneak again, you fail, 100% always fail. Not sure if this is intended or not.

NOW the main issue, once you get off the vendor and go to say, sneak/hide again to get away from guards safely. Your first sneak will ALWAYS fail with another 100% rate. Second one works pretty much always depending on skill.

I do not know if this is classic, a bug, intended or what. I don't think that it should always be a 100% fail rate to sneak AFTER leaving the vendor window entirely.

Anyone able to shed more light onto this, classic/broken/bug or?

well if the vendor already knows your there hence the window open, then how can you sneak again since most vendors and bankers are on the same faction

I noticed this too while trying to use the bank in OT as a rogue.

Better for a person to do it in game to see, but heres a couple logs.

Banker is easier since it gives you a message saying welcome/goodbye etc. but vendor same thing. My new log doesn't have an example of sneaking behind a vendor multiple times to show 100% fail rate despite good or bad faction. Will post it up tomorrow if if matters. Really if it is a bug, its just inconvenient waiting on the sneak repop timer twice especially if you are in a rush. But meh i dunno, pretty trivial bug compared to some of the others people report.

This definitely seems like a bug to me - super weird and arbitrary, can't find anything about it on any EQ websites.
