This is an old image of the Thurgadin waterfall, which is how I remember it. Here on P99 I find that I have to be very close to the waterfall for it to actually show up.

Is this normal or are there some settings I can adjust?

It's a client issue, and there is not a simple way to go about fixing the problem from what I've seen.
