Lord Yelinak's Head Turnin (King Tormax)
 

On Beta you were unable to turn this in without high Tormax faction, however I do not believe this should be the case. Below are my logs of an Ogre SK from EQMac:

In summary:

• 1 Yelinak kill (only faction hit I received) brought the Ogre up to Apprehensively (dunno default)
• Tormax at Apprehensively accepted the Head turn in and rewards the gloves
• Tormax faction hit from Gloves turnin was sufficient to bring me from Apprehensively to Amiable

I believe the minimum faction for this quest is wrong right now and the faction from the turnin could probably use a review.

they tweaked velious factions to ease em late luclin.

Evidence where? Didn't see comments about high faction in allakhazam.

I could see that, but would like to see some posts about it.
