To my knowledge this spell is supposed to be unresistable to every mob in the game. Am I wrong?

This mob is 100% resistant to everything i believe.

I am fairly confident the damage should hit on everything but the stun portion is resistable.

One Hundred Blows has no resist check in the spdat but the stun should not go through immune NPC's (but damage should always be done regardless).

Stone spider resists it also

Mob is immune to stuns

Also T staff shouldnt proc on any mob 56+. Dont know level of mob you were fighting, but that could also be the case.

The damage portion should always hit.

Do you have proof of this? Because I am certain this is incorrect.
