So Devs, I gotta know...

I've rolled a lot of alts on this server and soloed a lot of levels. And one thing I've noticed that seems more than coincidence is how mobs get tougher immediately after dinging.

It's most noticeable from level 4-5. You can spend all of level 4 camping just 1 white con mob and have no difficulties, but the second you ding 5 and that mob turns blue, all of the sudden it turns into a noob de-leveling machine. It seems to happen most at that level, but it always feels like the mobs have an edge over soloers when they first ding any new level.

So Devs, I gotta know... is this coded in?

I noticed my J-Boots are slower after I ding too :(

Im pretty sure it has to do with your skills going up by 5 every time you level. Like say your level 4 and your defense skill is 40/40, once you ding 5 its 40/45 so your ac actually drops until you max the skill again.
