Fiddy Bobick doesn't give XP
 

Hes located in Rivervale on the docks. Killed him twice, first time I FD'd got back up and blasted him but didn't get XP. Thought maybe because of FD so I tried again, no FD, and still did not get XP.

Not sure if this is supposed to be what happens..

Correct. This is a vendor. Vendors don't give exp.

Weird, Feel like I've gotten xp from merchants before. The wood elf vendor at BB docks under the tent near the entrance gives XP. Also the dude in the hut next to her, but I'm not sure its a vendor.

Though, I guess maybe shes not a vendor? Don't know, never tried to sell to her since I was evil.
