Most spell effects not showing in Wine 1.7.44, Ubuntu 15.04
 

For some reason, I can only see a few particle effects. For example, as a monk, when I land Intimidation I can see the skulls for the fear proc. I can see mage bolts as well, but my clicky Shrunken Goblin Skull Earring displays nothing. I can't see heals, SoW, poison or disease dots, and so forth.

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this issue. Is there anyone who could give me a hand? I can supply more information as needed. To begin, here's my eqclient.ini:
