The drop rate for this item needs to be examined. Killed enough wolves to go from amiable to warmly and 0 dropped. No way drop rate is at 5%.

I have also farmed them for 3-4 hours and did not see a single one. There have been numerous posts in regards to this item, so there might be something wrong. Please take a look at this item. This item is required for the Coldain Prayer Shawl Quest Line. Thank you.

remember - they are very hard to see even when you do find one

True but not an issue if you loot all the corpses and watch them fade to be sure.

Original bug report from early this year. Battletoad was doing god's work on this quest.
