Keeps saying i need to update but i already have
 

I just switched from windows to ubuntu and am setting up eq. It installed and loads just fine but when i get to the char select screen it tells me my spells are old and i need to patch or whatever it says. I have downloaded and replaced the most recent patch files. what would cause this to happen?
