Necro duo, same dots?
 

I'm duo with another necro same level as me. I can't place the same dots as him, and he cant use the ones I'm using because one will be overwritten. Does the same occur in raid scenarios?

Yep, have to designate one person per a dot/line.

It's why necros are pretty much just twitch bots.

This wasn't changed until late into Luclin.

I do remember the change, but thought it was implemented way before then. :(

Just cast shadowbond on each other and fear/snare/nuke/pet

It'll be faster xp than dotting.
