Low-Level Caster Gear
 

I'm new to the game and playing a necromancer, and I was hoping to get some decent starting items. I have about 120 plat I've gathered from killing Misty Storyswapper, and I was looking for:

Black Tome with Silver Runes (Or something similar to hold)
2x Silver Rose Engagement Ring (+2 Int)
Electrum Star Amulet (+2 Int)
Somekind of +Int earring

I'm not sure the value of these items, but I was hoping I could get at least one or two with my money. Send a tell to Ozzer in Queynos Hills if you have anything.
