Thurgadin Bard armor: bracer
 

Have now turned in 2 seperate sets of Corroded Plate Bracer and 3x Crushed Flame Emerald's to Leifur in thurgadin (once with hailing and once without) and received no Resonant Bracer as a reward. Ye be warned.


My legs, arms, gloves, helm, boots turn in's all worked as intended.
