Failure to zone causes eternal spell cooldown
 

Attempted to gate into CT today, I guess the zone was down because I received the message "This zone is not ready to receive visitors yet. Please try again in a few moments."

At this point I was teleported to what I assume is the safe point/succor point in the zone. All would be well except my spells are permanently down (won't return from global refresh). Zoning / relogging fixes this issue.

Meant to put this in Bugs, my bad.
