a note to Doldigun eaten on turn in (9th ring quest)

Character name: enorm

I turned in a "note to Doldigun" to Doldigun in kael after spawning him. He is suppose to return a "Ring of the Coldain Council". He did not. After he did not return the ring I completed the rest of the cycle by attacking him, then killing the giants, then killing him. He dropped Doldiguns head like he is suppose to, but still no "Ring of the Coldain Council".

This almost seems more like a bug, moving to bugs.

Looks like he was handing out the ring during beta last year, but something may have happened after fixing the responsive text?

It was working on beta, but beta did not have 200 people in the zone when it was tested.

It's likely that you turned in the note to the invisible controller npc on the throne seat that handles the event.

I have since moved the controller on top of the headrest, to prevent this from happening. (Pending update)

Ok, do I need to redo the quest from the start of 9 to get the note back?

You can create a petition/exploit thread regarding the issue and the GMs will respond.

Hey Enorm, it's Bartowski. Same thing happened to me. Put in petition as well.

Nilbog, was this ninja added from last nights patch?

This should be active, yes.
