Scout Charisa - Griefing Solution
 

Nilbog, can we add the name of the person who turns in Scout Tools to Scout Charisa? This is already turning into a Ragefire situation, and while nothing has happened yet, I feel it's ripe for griefing right now.

Without her saying who turns in the tools, it's going to have to resort to petitions if someone says it's their tools even when they are lying and kills the Captain. Just going to cause more work for staff. This is what she says right now, could easily add the hand in person's name somewhere:

[Wed Aug 05 XX:XX:XX 2015] Scout Charisa says 'Great! I was wondering when they would send someone out to give me these. In my haste and excitement of this new assignment I forgot these. This scout business is great I must say. It sure beats setting in Southern Ro studying the ruins. I've been following these Storm Giants for days. They've been wandering up and down the coast looking for something.'

Also please randomize her spawn point.

Having her spawn in a known location at a known time means she will be subject to player autofire turning in. Just randomize it in the relative area near her typical location.

The prophecy has been realized.
