What changed in Vel???

I haven't seen any related post or announcement.

e.g. Hybrid exp penalty? bonus dmg for weapon? gnome ranger???

Anyone got any idea??

2 of those 3 listed should be slated for future as they werent in at velious launch. the third will never happen
