I was on the first barge from NRo to Iceclad on red today. I went through Iceclad Ocean, Eastern Wastes and Great Divide to Thurgadin to bind, bank and romp around the city of many memories.

Looking for some adventure, I ended up with a group outside the Ry'Gorr camp in Eastern Wastes for a few hours. Nope, no Ry'Gorr armor dropped. We eventually become well-rounded enough of a group to venture into Crystal Caverns. We were possibly the first legit exp group to go in there since we would have seen any others go in at the fort. We dove all the way down through the Coldain fortress to where the spiders, velium crawlers and tentacle terrors were. Throughout the evening I saw 3 or 4 decent items drop and lost out on all of them. :)

We were all awestruck by the feeling of exploring new, classic EQ content. So much of CC I had forgotten or never seen. The wait is now over and Velious is going to be a ton of fun for us all.

I want to give a standing ovation to the P99 devs for their hard work and dedication for so many years to bring this wonderful content to us. Let's not forget to take the time to show our appreciation for the magnitude of their accomplishment!

That tower of frozen shadow angle in the screen shot was close to one I took that became my desktop wallpaper for a long time.
