No, but I'm guessing the window will be from 7-9pm EST based on red's start time plus reasonable expectations placed on the staff and coordinators who are based in North America (EST). It's after dinner but not so late that people* will have trouble getting to bed on time if they work on Monday. This is also peak hours and should cover a majority of people on the server (sorry, Europlayers :( ).

I was thinking this earlier but wasn't sure. The event time on red makes me think it'll be similar for blue. The finish time will likely be different due to the population, but depends on how the event is meant to run.
