Can I get more drunk if I have a higher int/wis?
 

I'm a Halfling, so the answer to this question will really affect my choices in equipment.

Can I get more drunk if I have a higher int/wis?

Also, does the strength of the drink have any affect on my chances of improving my alcohol tolerance?

Pretty sure higher Int/Wis gives you more room to get drunk with.

Doesn't seem to be drink strengths. One swig of brandy changes stats the same as one swig of ale.
