Is baking cookies legal?
 
I was wondering if it was considered RMT if I send the people who have helped me out a lot in the game cookies for as a thank you. Some who have helped me with levels, or gear, getting my epic etc. Not sure where the line is. Thanks for clarification in advance :)

Yes because everyone knows your baking $20s into the cookies. But seriously just thank them ingame and give them assistance if they need it. Item transfer, help with a quest, buffs, fights, or just by offering them a group.
