Sentry Xyrin

I attempted to complete the Sentry Xyrin quest in Ocean of Tears. After giving the full potion of Marr to Xyrin, she began walking towards the spectres as normal. When she reached them, she did not attack them and they did not attack her. She continued walking past them a short distance before it looked like she fell through the world. I began tracking her, and continued tracking her for a couple minutes, though she seemed to be gone. Eventually she disappeared off track and if she dropped the Deepwater Harpoon as she should have, I guess it was under the world as well. Would it be possible to receive the Harpoon on my character?

Tried again and failed.
 

Time: 8:15 am Central time, July 22nd

Attempted the quest again. Same thing happened, Sentry Xyrin fell through the ground after pathing towards Spectres.

Moving to bugs.
