Shovel of Ponz
 

Very weird issue occurred for me last night around 10 PM on the Red Server. I turned in all the required items for the Shovel of Ponz quest: a shovel, gargoyle eyes, hill giant toes, and a ruby but did not receive the shovel.

you sure you had the right shovel?

I'm fairly certain it was (of course, I second guess myself now), but I don't recall it being the shovel that can be wielded as a weapon. I never cast "Identify" on it though - I certainly wouldn't rule out user error, but I'm pretty fastidious when turning in stuff like this.

I put a few items on the mob earlier in the day. Sorry if that messed your turn in up. Unfortunately GMs dont assist with MQs.

Either you turned in the wrong item. Maybe wrong toes or wrong shovel. Or you turned into the wrong NPC, should've been Vira the gnome.

I did this quest a few days ago on Blue with no issue.

even if your troll was accurate, it shouldn't matter if he handed them all at the same time.

Thanks for the reply. It's certainly possible that I turned in the wrong item (although I felt certain I had everything correct at the time). I know I turned them into Vira though, I went through the dialogue twice prior to turn-in. Oh well, guess I'll just have to do it again.

You dumb? He would still get the reward... If he was MQ the shovel the other person wouldnt get.....
