New mage
 

Hello all,

I've decided to try Project 1999 out again and hopefully for the long haul. I created a mage named Clibik, he is lvl 5 now. I'm looking for others to enjoy the game casually with. I would like you find a good leveling guild and make friends to group or duo with. With anyone wants to xp send a tell. I live is CST and play 7pm-12am off and on when I can.

Welcome Aboard. :cool: Mage is a good class on here. Cheap to equip and easy to play. :p:p

Reroll mage is a junk class without epic or AAs. No CC and pet eats half your solo exp unless you do 51% dmg to a mob.

Don't listen to this. PLay what you find the most interesting and fun, you can take any class and sell it in a good or bad light, it's really about your preference. Also, if i see you around in game I will hit you up with some cleric buffs! Add Height to your friends list and shoot me a tell if you see me on.

Mage is amazing

Your just gonna end up disapointed when you hit the mid 50s and can barely solo while enchanters, necros, wizards, and shamans all can.

If I'm on (GMT), happy to run my Shammy with you, currently in & around Nek. Forest/Befallen.

If you are a 'good' race I suggest Greater Faydwar until 16ish. There is a lot to do in the zones around GFay and the Crushbone belts/Shoulderpads are really good for xp and extra money for spells.

I thought a mage could solo all the way up to 60? A necro was my second choice. I just want to make sure I can get groups and solo if need be?
