Will andis receive an AoN in empire

Will andis ever see an AoN now that he is in empire or will they give him the ragnaros treatment and just keep him around and giving him 0 loot

Ragnaros treatment= Getting a Myro BP, VP loot, Dragon Hero Bracer, Cloak of Flames in 2 months
Leaving guild
Joining 2nd time and getting another cloak of flames, epic done for me, vp/sky loot
