Bard Epic - Forpar faction
 

Anyone know what faction you need for turn ins to this guy? I'm apprehensive.

what faction do you have to be for the turn in? On the wiki theres nothing notated if you need a specific level of faction so if there is let me know!

Use your bardic charisma (hint: sing cinda's charismatic carillon to boost your faction).

This person is correct. It was that way on live bitd*
I had to use charisma/faction song for him to complete epic

All turn-ins/MQ's involving Fopar can be done with indifferent faction via invis/sneak (maybe lower works, but meh never chanced it)

Make him amiable with a charm, or you can use Cinda's Charismatic Carillon to improve your faction (remember to equip a wind instrument).

might be interesting for you and any other bards that played on live and remember faction song is actually supposed to get boosted by wind instruments.

In this server the song will not get boosted by wind instruments, apparently removed long ago and pratically nobody knowing of this very unclassic nerf, test it yourself.

If you have an MQ, just charm him turn in and have mez up run out room around 2-3 tick and be ready to mez, ( he hits pretty hard on a decently geared 55 ) then camp agro, easy :)
