Double XP should remain be a rare treat.

Since it is the 4th day of the seventh month it should be quadruple XP for seven days!

But, to honour the American holiday all IPs coming from the USA (and any mac addresses that have ever been associated from American IP) should be blocked to ensure the holiday is spent properly!

Ahhh.... nothing says freedom like restrictions.
