Felwithe Enchant Metal Spells?
 

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone can shed light on this mystery. Was in the Felwithe enchanters' guild today, looking for the vendor that should sell enchant metal spells (Alicia Starshimmer) and she simply wasn't there. I'm sure I had the spot right - checked multiple sources, but no NPC.

Any insight into this problem? My sources all go back to 2001 or so, so I doubt it was a change, but still. I could have bad information. NPC simply missing.

The reason they're only available in Neriak is because that's the way it was back on Live for a VERY long time. It wasn't until long after SoL was released that they changed that (IIRC). As this is going along the lines of Classic progression, they will never be available in Felwithe.

Of course, I could be wrong about when they became available in Felwithe (it might have been before SoL, but I'm pretty sure it was after Velious), but I doubt it.

Thanks all. If it was a change I'm thinking it was more Velious-era, but still good to know. I guess I'll haul ass to Neriak when I want the spells.

Yeah, and if you have Illusion: Dark Elf, it's not a problem to get them. Just remember to re-cast the illusion each time you zone ;)
