Classic UI Version 1.3
 

I have been having a hard time finding any information on this UI modification. Has anyone used it? What do you think of it. Does anyone know how to install it? The only spot I could find it was on the link below and he does not give any install information. So any feedback/ help would be incredibly appreciated!
