Iksar banking / selling in Highkeep?
 

Is it possible to use the bank in highkeep as iksar?

Straight out of the gate, no, unless you're a monk or necro and can feign death next to the banker.

pretty sure i did on my Iksar shaman, but maybe im thinking of my enchanter lol...

the thing about bankers is that you can open the bank window with them even if you are KOS. so its just a matter of not getting aggro while banking. usually the bankers are green and wont aggro unless you sit. so the trick with most banks is just standing in a spot where you wont aggro other npcs around the banker. most banks seem to have that sweet spot where you can open the bank window relatively safely. some of them behind walls (OT, Freeport), some of them just snuggle in the corner (cabilis, rivervale) while others are very tricky like halas & qeynos. not sure about highkeep.

I just used the bank in Qeynos as a Iksar Necro, all you need is Call of Bones and you will be dubious i think, it might help if you killed many gnolls in BB. I did not see any KoS NPC's nearby. I was going to try and see if HPK is the same.

You don't need faction to bank, you only need faction so the banker doesn't want to kill you :)

Stay out of Line of Sight, and bank around a corner, anywhere.

Iksar start out as KoS in Highpass, if you have sneak it personally took me about 15 to 20 gnoll scalps (and the faction from killing the gnolls to get them) to become dubious and able to bank in Highkeep without issue. Granted I plan on wrecking that faction once I'm high enough to exp on the guards but for now it's convenient.

Also, Iksar can bank in the Qeynos sewers without having to do any faction work. They start as dubious to the Bloodsabers as well as the Freeport evil area which I think falls under the Opal Darkbrier and Burning Rage factions. Unfortunately there is no bank in the Freeport sewers.
