North Freeport hidden buff?

When my cleric is in North Freeport my character gains 12 strength, 3 agility, 9 endurance, and 27 attack ( I assume from Strength). I zoned back and forth from North Freeport to West Freeport and it always changes. I haven't changed any equipment. I have no buffs and no short duration buffs. It just changes from being in North Freeport. It's fine by me as I'm doing blacksmithing.

Sounds like a mod so banker mules can move with plat on them like bazaar was on live. Probably wrong though.

Never knew this, very interesting.

Could not replicate this.

Just tried it and same thing happened to me. Zoned in and out a few times.

Gain 15 str and 36 endurance and atk (from str). Agi didnt change.

I have experienced this on 3 characters recently.

I haven't paid attention if this occurs on my other characters. Just my 5 year old, high elf cleric of Tunare. And I realized that the agility change was because I changed from encumbered to not encumbered.

Can confirm. Multiple toons all gain the stats in NFP.

Wow....surfin' the forums today and come across this.

So, I've noticed my str being higher than normal while in NFP on more than a few occasions. One time I looked at my current buffs and didn't have anything on, yet my STR was much higher.

I didn't think much of it.

This is an old bug report, but I tested it again. Still could not replicate.

Does this still occur, and if so, can anyone provide more information?
