2 horizontal hotkey bars?
 

I'm looking for a way to get my 2 horizontal hotkey bars back. Is there anyone that knows how to do this without changing everything to a hideous UI?

so you want 1 & 2 horizontal, 3 & 4 vertical? I can customize it to your liking.

as long as I can delete the vertical ones and have only 2 horizontal bars of single lines of 10 hotkeys showing. you would have my extreme gratitude!!

so looks like the one you want is the default hotbars that comes packaged with a fresh installation of Titanium client.

You can either grab it from a fresh titanium install. Or you can download this one if you don't have one handy:

To avoid this problem in the future, when your applying the P1999 zip updates. DO NOT overwrite this specific file with theirs (when prompted to) - EQUI_HotButtonWnd.xml

actually... when I replace EQUI_HotButtonWnd.xml with yours, it now causes a fatal error on opening EQ. :(

hmmm that is odd. let me look into it and get back to you.

I eagerly await the resurrection of my client. Not that I felt a burning desire to play without 2 horizontal hotkey bars anyway so don't sweat it too much. :)

everything works on my end, even downloading a fresh copy from that link i provided (same file as you).

One thing you can try is right-click on the file and go into Properties. at the bottom there should be an "Unblock" button (because the file came from the internet). Do that and then try reloading the UI with /loadskin

also i made a few changes to that default titanium file. Maybe this one works better... who knows at this point (since they all work for me).
