Oasis and South Ro: An Orc Priest on wrong faction
 

Orc Priests in Oasis and South Ro are giving Dervish Cutthroat faction hits, even though all the orcs around them are on Orc faction. Should be on Orc faction.

Working as intended, not a bug. This was in the patch notes a while back.

Why? This particular mob was never on Dervish Cutthroat faction on live. Thought we were trying to be classic here?

I do not see anything about orcs being added to or removed from the Dervish Cutthroat faction, or being adjusted from or to the Orc faction.

Furthermore, doing a fairly extensive Google search, the only mention of "An Orc Priest" or "Orc Priest" ever being mentioned in conjunction with Dervish Cutthroats or being on Dervish Cutthroat faction (and ever NOT being on Orc faction), is this server, or other EMU servers/associated web pages. This seems extremely odd to me.

However, I will continue to look further into this issue if needed.

Bump - what prompted Sundawg to make this change? I can't find anything contrary to Thulgor's contributions.

I just encountered this severe bug. The incorrect faction hit ruined my immersion to such an extent that I had to post this message.

Fixed, pending update.

Please, please consider resetting this faction with update -- there is no way that it can be fixed/repaired.
