Mystic Cloak for Gnome Necromancer
 

Have any gnome necromancer tried turning in the “sealed letter” for the Mystic Cloak to Tolkar Parlone recently?

I read somewhere that you can turn in the “sealer letter” to Tolkar Parlone using Feign Death. I tried to turn in using FD, but he won’t accept the letter.

Think it was recently patched so you must have amiable faction with Parlone to receive the cloak now.
