cant bind in gypsy camp
 

i tried to get bound in north karana today in the gypsy camp and it wouldnt let me. i remeber doing it all the time back in the day on live. it was one of my favorite hunting grounds. but is way to far to hunt without a bind point closer then qeynos or rv

You can bind in the lake Rath arena.

Binding in special locales was broken with the group changes, it's already fixed with the next update I believe.

I don't know if the update has happened yet, but you still can't bind.

Rogean coded in the ability for proximity binding, so this will be fixed for real. Areas affected: northkarana and the upcoming Kunark zones.

Just tried binding in NK and it still doesn't seem to work properly.

Pretty sure there hasn't been an update since nilbog's post.

Last I heard, it worked but the message says it doesn't work.

You're actually bound there so long as you were staying in the right place.

/char still showed I was bound in Gfay after I got the "try a city" message.

I tried three different areas in the camp around the fire. (Maybe I'm doing this part wrong?)

I didn't do any dieing during that session thankfully so I don't have any proof that this is false information. I'll test it out again tonight.
