Just completed the Leatherfoot Skullcap quest in Rivervale. The 1 use right click "Ring of Commons" effect was removed? When did this happen? I'm disappointed to see it gone.

turn the cap you got + a dragoon dirk back in to the same guy = cap with ring of commons
