3rd Party Ping Lowering Services

Hi Team,

Reaching out here for some advice from any other Aussies.

I play on a pvp server where zone times are actually influenced by ping more than the actual hard drive load times.

Is there any web services that route the traffic through direct channels such as lowerping etc that work best with P1999?

Thanks in advance.

This isn't RNF Jeremy. Perhaps this might educate you a little. My pals used this for wow back in the day and it does work for wow (U.S. Servers). Kind of redundant now that wow is also hosted in Equinox DC in Sydney and I get 10 ping to the game.

I'm just wondering what providers have the closest servers for the tunnel connection.

Have you tried/considered a solid state drive? You'd be surprised.

Try changing your DNS server to google. You can do this by going to your network adapter properties, then the ipv4 properties. The IP address for the google nameserver is 8.8.8.8 This sometimes can improve your network speed. I would run a speedtest.net before, then run oe after changing your nameserver.

I know my brother in law in Hawaii used to arena in WoW with alot of aussies that used PAID services to lower their ping, however not sure it would work on p99, I think it's a service made for selected games.
