Shadowknight Test of Bash
 

Hey admins this is Cazic... sorry i took so long to post this as it happened almost a week ago, I haven't logged into p1999 for a while now. I recently completed the shadowknight test of bash in the plane of sky but upon handing in the items for the quest, they were eaten. There was no dialogue or returning of items. i followed the quest on allakhazam. It seems nobody else is having this problem so i dont know why it happened to me.

Dumbface, you needed to talk to him to get the item to return to him to spawn the guy that gives the quest. It can be kinda confusing reading from allakhazam since it often skips the dialogue parts, but most of the quests pretty much require you to first spawn the turn-in guy.

Always hail the quest NPC(s) to verify that you are doing the correct quest. Note your guildmate had a chat with their quest givers. You have to summon a completely different NPC to accomplish the quest. I think you can read through both books that the first guy gives you so that you can figure out which one you need.. or ask your fellow SKs who have completed the quest. There are quite a few :)

I have successfully completed this quest, it works you just need to spawn the correct guy, like others have said.

Unfortunately, they don't reimburse items for mistakes like this.

i tried hailing the NPC at various distances away but never had a response, there was no dialogue where do i read more of this?

That was his response, it's right in the screenshot, and his quest text. :confused:

Yeah too often people look for the brackets. Greetings, %t, have you come to [have your hand held]?

'I have come to test my dark powers blah blah'
