EQ launches with large black borders around tiny game display
 

When I launch Titanium, the game launches in fullscreen. I alt+enter to enter windowed mode.

In windowed mode, the game display is in the center of the window, at 800x600, with black borders surrounding.

My video config in eqclient.ini is:

(on a 15" rMBP. running in Windows via bootcamp)

Any ideas?

The loading screen image is 640x480 - it doesn't scale - any resolutions bigger than this you just get a black border around the outside of the image.
This is how it's always been.
