happy memorial day to all my dogs on red99 and p99 as a whole, especially to my pals who served our country.

pls do no troll this thread with negativity, it is honoring those who have served and, most of all today, those who never returned.

Hopefully most of their sacrifices weren't in vain. But they probably were.

the thing about military service in the US is its a choice. why are they heroes? are bus drivers heroes, too? they risk their lives in traffic to drive people to work. without them our economy would suffer.

its sad that young people are brain washed into thinking protecting american oil interests makes them heroic. the real crime is the lower income and undereducated youths that are targeted to be sent to dangerous places and lose their lives for no reason. america should have 1-2 years forced conscription. all socioeconomic ranges go to war, not just the poor.
