Mislabeled mobs in Lavastorm
 

It seems that the rock dervishes are not summoned, but the lava crawlers (snakes are summoned). This is not correct via alla's mob listing (and my recollection of leveling my druid in this area using summon only nukes).

The snakes were classified as summoned creatures in classic, so that part is accurate IMO. Doesn't make a lot of sense but that's how it was.

Judging by the comments they didn't change them to animals until some time in 2002.

So should druid spells that only affect animals not work on snakes then?

always wondered why druid animal charm doesnt work on spiders/scarabs and such. i mean they are animals after all. actually so are humans, oh wow that would be awesome :P
