Your keyboard is ghosting. You need to buy a gaming keyboard. Your current keyboard can only read so many simultaneous inputs per row.

Makes total sense I'm using a laptop that isn't a gaming laptop.. I do this for a living and have never seen that.. Good stuff.. Thank you

Not sure a gaming keyboard is required here, I have a bog standard Logitech K120 and can strafe fine.

Good luck with whatever do OP, might feel a bit weird plugging a separate keyboard into a laptop but worth it if you're doing things like bard kiting.

From what I was reading some keyboards support and some don't.. I'm just going to deal with it, I've set my UI up where it doesn't matter much.. Would be nice but not worth it to me..

True, but every keyboard I have used that is sold as a 'gaming' does not ghost. Else, read the details on your product before you buy.

My keyboard ghosts and I don't want to replace it because it has a built-in smart card reader I use for work. Instead, I remap my keys to 2&3rd hotbars and map those macros to the keys that work while I strafe. (`,1,tab, etc..)

Numlock generally toggles the ability to press one or multiple keys at a time for me.
